Prof. Aduwo Egidario B. is an accomplished architect with vast experience in architectural design, sustainable housing, construction, built-environment management, business development, and consultancy. She holds an MSc in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo University and a PhD in Architecture from Covenant University.
As Business Development Director and Company Architect, she leads architectural design and construction projects, combining technical expertise, strategic vision, and a commitment to sustainable design. Her leadership and project management skills have been instrumental in the successful delivery of the company’s projects and the advancement of its business objectives. Beyond her technical expertise, Prof. Aduwo brings a valuable blend of academic insight, professional experience, business acumen, and client-focused service to the company. Her knowledge of sustainable housing and built-environment management enables her to develop practical, environmentally responsible, and context-sensitive design solutions that respond to contemporary needs while creating lasting value for clients and stakeholders.

Ifada Samuel Abieba is a Civil Engineer with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Ibadan and practical experience in building construction, road infrastructure, structural design, and project supervision. He has worked with Romax Properties, ARESCO Limited, CONSTENG Limited, and SANA Global Construction Limited, gaining experience in residential estate development, foundation works, drainage systems, culverts, pavement assessment, and construction quality control. He is skilled in AutoCAD, PROTA Structure, engineering calculations, project planning, cost estimation, and site coordination. He also participated in the Erasmus+ K107 programme at the University of Jaén, Spain, in 2021, and is a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He is committed to delivering quality engineering projects through effective supervision, technical problem-solving, teamwork, and adherence to engineering standards.
