One of our Specialized Services is; EARLY PRODUCTION FACILITY (EPF) With our partnership experience in providing Early Production Facilities allows us to assist our clients. Our service offers our clients the opportunity to bring new expansions on stream on a fast-track base, before enduring facilities will be installed. This will bring about financial and operational benefits to our clients. Our EPF solutions are built around modular, prefabricated equipment with reconfiguration flexibility for production optimization.

Oil/Water Separator – Hudson Industries

BCS in partnership with Hudson Industries we were able to design and manufactured a complete line of pressurized coalescing oil/water separators, from 1-5000gpm for a wide variety of industrial applications. These CS Series separators effectively reduce free oil and grease content in waste streams to 10mg/ or less through the use of high-efficiency corrugated plate modules providing high quality, consistent effluent results
LPG + Air Mixer
BCS in partnership with Euro Pump International are engaged in manufacturing LPG + Air Mixer, LPG Package Tank, LPG Car & Cylinder Filling system Skid, and LPG Feeding system Skid and we are dealing with LPG Filling machine, LPG Vaporizer and other equipment as well. This SNG BLENDER supplies SNG in demanded calories supplying LPG and compressed air in specified ratio respectively by PLC program and flow control valve by fluid(pressure) of SNG. When LPG and compressed air is supplied in constant pressure and it can select SNG calories and pressure in manual or auto operations, and it can be stopped or started by set pressure automatically and amount of heat can be controlled easily. Also, programmable logic controller and graphic operator interface are adopted in system control.
Digital Truck Weigh Bridge
BCS in partnership with Fujian Keda Weighing Apparatus Co., Ltd has a heavy-duty truck scale/weigh bridge series which is new generation products with stronger and durable platform structure of U-beam, the main beam is made of rigid sections modular-like I-Steel, and more than 6mm beam thickness bending by machine to ensure the complete structure of platform is durable and good quality.
